Tina Lin

Senior Behavioural Consultant

Tina is a Behavioural Consultant and Co-Founder of Co. Leap Behavioral Consulting. Since 2007, she has been supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, visual impairment, hearing impairment, global delay, and other health issues and working as a classroom teacher in an inclusive daycare. Tina continued her career as a Behavioural Consultant, she completed her Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis at St. Cloud State University and became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in 2016. Tina is also a certified ESDM therapist.

Tina has supported children between 18 months to 17 years old, primarily supporting children in their early years at home, school, and other community settings. Tina believes that every child has its potential and her role is to provide support as needed and celebrate every little step. As a part of Tina’s commitment in the field, she provides training and supervision to Behavioural Interventionists, teachers, early educators, and parents on various topics in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
