Tina Lin

Senior Behavioural Consultant

Tina is a Behavioural Consultant and Co-Founder of Co. Leap Behavioral Consulting. Since 2007, she has been dedicated to supporting children with a wide range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, visual and hearing impairments, global developmental delays, and other health-related challenges. She also has experience working with gifted and twice-exceptional learners.

Tina began her career as a classroom teacher in an inclusive daycare setting before transitioning into her role as a Behavioural Consultant. She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from St. Cloud State University and became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in 2016. She is also a certified Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapist.

Tina has worked with children ranging in age from 18 months to 17 years, with a primary focus on supporting young children in home, school, and community environments. She believes that every child has unique potential and sees her role as providing meaningful support while celebrating every step of progress—no matter how small.

As part of her commitment to the field, Tina provides training and supervision to Behavioural Interventionists, teachers, early childhood educators, and parents. She offers these services in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
