Eunice Yen
Senior Behavioural ConsultantEunice is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and the Co-Founder of Co. Leap Behavioural Consulting. Her journey into the world of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) began in 2009, when she responded to a parent-made posting that she initially thought was for a babysitting job. It turned out to be an entry-level Behaviour Interventionist position supporting a 14-year-old—an experience that sparked her passion for the field and set her on a meaningful career path.
She went on to earn her Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Arizona State University, and became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in 2017. Since then, Eunice has had the privilege of working with neurodivergent children and youth aged 14 months to 18 years, primarily focusing on early learners. Her experience includes supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, OCD, ODD, and hearing differences.
Eunice believes in meeting each child where they are, honoring their unique ways of engaging with the world, and supporting families with care and collaboration. Her practice centers on building connection, empowering learners, and fostering meaningful change in natural environments such as the home and early childhood settings. She places great value on her relationships with clients, families, and professionals, and leads with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
In addition to being a certified Circle of Security Parenting facilitator since 2022, Eunice recently earned her Level 4 certification in Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) through Dr. Gregory Hanley’s FTF Behavioural Consulting program—deepening her commitment to compassionate, trauma-assumed, and dignity-driven care.
She offers services in both English and Mandarin.
