Eunice Yen

Senior Behavioural Consultant

Eunice is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and Co-Founder of Co. Leap Behavioural Consulting. Her career in ABA started in 2009 when she came across a parent-made posting for what she assumed would be a babysitting job. The job turned out to be an entry-level ABA therapy (Behaviour Interventionist) position working with an adorable 14-year-old. This first taste of the ABA world would prove to be the start of her career path in this field. She then went on to complete her Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Arizona State University and became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in 2017.

She has mainly supported children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, but also those with Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, ODD and hearing impairment. She has worked with children from 14 months to 18 years old, primarily supporting children in their preschool and early elementary school ages. She takes pride in her positive relationship with her therapists and clients, as well as professionals she has collaborated with. She believes in teaching in the natural environment of the child’s home and childcare setting, and using strategies that translate to meaningful change for both the client and their families.

In 2022, she also completed the training to be a facilitator for the Circle of Security Parenting.

She is able to offer her services in both English and Mandarin.
